The BUPA Great North Run is the largest half marathon in the world with 50,000 competitors taking to the streets of Newcastle.
The Banana Army were out in force at the 2009 Great North Run with around 1000 adults and 500 junior runners wearing our famous yellow t-shirts. Congratulations to everyone who took part in the event for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research!
