We have lots going on in the South East region so there are loads of ways you can get involved.
We have 60 Branches and Fundraising Groups, who are busy fundraising all year. They are always looking for new volunteers so whatever time you have they’d love to hear from you.

If you are interested in taking part in our sports events, we have loads to choose from. Run, bike, swim or walk for us! There’s something for everyone – family events and 5k walks in beautiful locations through to challenge events like marathons and triathlons.
